Core team reward and service measures of Daxing District
Chapter I: General Provisions
Article 1 In order to further optimize the business environment, give full play to the leading role of the core team in industrial development, and promote the high-quality development of regional economy, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Guiding Opinions of Daxing District on Promoting High-quality Development of Industry (No.22,2022).
Chapter II Scope and Conditions of support
Article 2 Enterprises that conform to the development direction of regional guiding and supported industries and that score above 80 points (including) shall be rewarded and served to their core team.
Article 3 The comprehensive evaluation shall be scored according to the annual economic indicators, development indicators and social contribution of the enterprise.
Chapter III: Awards and Services
Article 4 Enterprises shall be given a one-time reward ranging from 100,000 yuan to 2 million yuan. For the comprehensive evaluation above 100 points, the enterprise is 2 million yuan; 95-99 points; 90-94 points, 500,000 yuan; 85-89 points, 200,0 0 0 yuan; 80-84 points, and the enterprise 100,0 0 0 yuan. In principle, there is no limit on the number of people to be awarded.
Article 5 medical and health care, transportation and other services shall be provided to qualified core team members.
Article 6 Similar policies in the above areas shall not be enjoyed repeatedly.
Chapter IV Implementation and Source of Funds
Article 7 Beijing Daxing District Emerging Industry Promotion Service Center (hereinafter referred to as "District Industry Promotion Center") is responsible for coordinating scoring, declaration, cash and service; all relevant functional departments are responsible for scoring the enterprise and directly report to the enterprise for review and approval.
Article 8 The District Finance Bureau shall be responsible for providing financial guarantee.
Chapter V: Supplementary Provisions
Article 9 The district production promotion Center shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Measures. Since the date of the announcement of the trial, the trial period if the national and Beijing relevant policy changes will be adjusted accordingly. Enterprises that meet the application conditions of these Measures in 2021 and 2022 may refer to the implementation.
